QUICK FIT 360 RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new Quick Fit 360. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund less a $20 restocking fee (for all non-defective or undamaged product). All defective or damaged products will be reviewed for refunds or exchanges.  Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of the purchase date. All non-defective or undamaged product returns will be charged a $20 restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at quicknfit360@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). After receiving a RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address: The product must be insured to the purchase price for a refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Units intentionally damaged.
  • Units seeking refund outside the 90 day return policy term.
  • Defective or damaged products seeking refund outside the 1 year Functional warranty period.

  • A $20 restocking fee will be charged for all returns that are not deemed damaged or defective.
